Popular Teppanyaki-style restaurant poised for continued growth throughout Western Canada.
Edo Japan (Edo), a fast-casual restaurant known for its fresh and healthy Japanese Teppan-style cooking, opened the doors to its sixth Regina location on Monday, May 11.
Edo has been serving affordable, delicious and “Simply Better” meals to Canadians for over 35 years. With signature dishes like Teriyaki Chicken and Sukiyaki Beef made fresh daily, Edo is a top-choice for those wanting a fast, hot and delicious meal. With menu offerings including sushi, yakisoba noodles and Udon soup, there is something to satisfy every craving.
The new restaurant will be located in Grasslands, Regina’s premier outdoor shopping and dining destination. The mall’s ‘urban village’ setting will welcome Edo’s eighth Saskatchewan location, and allow customers to enjoy their favourite meal on-the-go.
“I’m proud to play a role in Edo Japan’s incredible growth as it continues to expand across Western Canada,” said Michael Teng, Edo Japan Franchisee. “This new restaurant is a testament to Edo’s success, and its commitment to delivering delicious and healthy meal alternatives to customers.”
The Grasslands location will be Michael Teng’s third Edo Japan franchise restaurant. He also operates the Cornwall Centre and Rochdale Blvd. locations in Regina.
“At Edo Japan we believe in providing customers with “Simply Better” meals and a great experience,” said Tom Donaldson, President and CEO, Edo Japan. “We are excited to be opening more locations here in Saskatchewan.”
The restaurant is located at Grasslands Mall, at the Corner of Gordon Road & Lewvan. For more information please visit http://www.edojapan.com.
