WHITECOURT, Alta. – Jan. 7, 2016 – Edo Japan (Edo), an Alberta-based quick-service restaurant, is set to open its 114th location in Whitecourt on Thursday, January 7 – its 82nd in Alberta. Featuring Edo’s popular healthy menu options and nutritional alternatives available for any meal, the new location will continue to satisfy customer cravings while contributing to healthy-eating resolutions for the New Year.

Known for its hot, fast and delicious food prepared in traditional Teppan-style, Edo has been serving ‘Simply Better’ meals to Canadians for more than 35 years. From signature dishes like Sukiyaki Beef and Teriyaki Chicken, to specialized bento boxes and a full sushi offering, Edo’s meals are made to order using fresh, quality ingredients. With all meals providing balanced nutrition, at least two servings of vegetables, protein and an option of brown rice, Edo’s menu promotes simply better, healthy choices.
