Edo Japan Opens the Doors to New Edmonton Area Restaurant

Edo Japan, an Alberta-based company known for its fresh and healthy Teppan-style cooking, will open its 31st Edmonton area restaurant in Nisku, Alta. today.

Doors to Edo Japan’s newest location will open at 10 a.m. at First Park Station in Nisku. The restaurant’s franchisee is Veera Gonsalves, who also owns the two Edo locations at Leduc Common and South Edmonton Common.

The new Edo Japan restaurant is a street front concept, providing customers with signature Edo dishes including Sukiyaki Beef and Teriyaki Chicken, as well as a more elaborate dinner menu featuring a large variety of sushi and specialized bento boxes.
