The Edo Japan concept extends into 2 restaurant formats:
Street Front and Food Court. The modern Street Front format continues to gain momentum as the premium way to meet customer demand and is Edo Japan’s primary format for franchise growth. The original Food Court format continues to deliver excellent performance.

Contemporary Street Front Format
Street Front formats are 1400 to 2000 sq. ft. restaurants with 35 to 60 seats.

The Original Food Court Format
Edo Japan’s original format. Located in major shopping malls, store sizes range from
350 to 450 sq. ft.
