A – Our nutritional information page will provide basic nutritional breakdown of our menu items.

2 Q – Are any of your meals gluten free?

A – As our signature teriyaki sauce contains a wheat based soy sauce, none of our meals prepared to recipe can be considered gluten free. Keep in mind however, you can always request your meal be specially prepared with no teriyaki sauce or soy sauce, hence eliminating gluten.

3 Q – Is your teriyaki sauce considered vegetarian?

A – Yes, our teriyaki sauce is considered vegetarian, listing no meat ingredients.

4 Q – Do you have nuts in any of your meals?

A – Nuts are not listed ingredients in any Edo Japan meals.
