• Customer Service Cashiers
  Excellent communication skills and a passion to connect with customers and meet their dining needs is a must. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, excel during peak periods and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while suggesting added-value sales is critical to the position. Edo Japan offers all successful candidates training in our Cashier Certification Program upon commencement of employment.
• Cooks
  Teppan cooks are constantly on center stage in an Edo Japan store: their ability to cook with style and flair while getting every customer order right is the key to success in this position. Multitasking during the peak periods and maintaining a friendly connection to the customer is part of the show customers are drawn to by the Teppan style of cooking.
• Store Managers
  Successful candidates must possess a minimum of five years experience with a fast food chain, including three years in a management and coaching of front line staff as well as a sales building and bottom line P&L accountablilty.
